About the event:
Welcome to the Grand Opening of the Latif Rashid Gallery.

President Latif Rashid has dedicated this building for the purpose of appreciating art and celebrating culture. We welcome you to view his personal art collection, discover the LR Studio and the upcoming classes, meet with local artists and learn how the LR Gallery aims to support artists of the future.
Throughout the event we will host classes in the LR Studio, we have limited spaces and will offer them on a first come first serve basis.

About the event:
Welcome to Digital Art - The Modern Medium.
This exhibition welcomed budding and established artists to submit their digital art works through a nation wide competition. Many of which have been shown on the website and social media pages. The competition was fierce and from the submissions three winners were chosen and won the chance to have there submissions displayed at the Latif Rashid Gallery.
Art is always evolving. From the dawn of time humans have crafted and utilised the tools and materials available to them to make art. Today we see artists grabbing a stylus instead of a paintbrush to create exquisite, unique works that exvite our eyes and our minds.
We welcome you to see the diverse future of art. We look forward to meeting you and hope you enjoy this exhibition, support the winners and are encouraged to try your hand at digital art, the modern medium.

This photographic exhibition welcomed submissions from the public and explored city and personal archives to create a showcase that tells the stories and shared beauty Sulaymaniyah holds in its history and present day.
It is a true celebration of the vibrant culture, the heart of its people and resiliance of the community that keeps it together. We aimed to capture the magic and the energy that's palpable in the streets of this great city.
